Request permanent or casual bookings by submitting your details through our online booking request form below. Please note submitting this form does not confirm your booking request.

Permanent Bookings

Sportlink requires up to 14 days to process permanent booking requests before providing confirmation. 

We cannot guarantee the booking application will be processed if it is submitted less than 14 days prior to booking date.

Cancellation of permanent bookings and room bookings must be received no later than eight days prior to the booking date. Cancellations with less than eight days' notice will incur the full cost of the booking. All cancellations must be in writing to

Casual Bookings

Casual bookings can be made up to seven days in advance. Payment is due at the time of booking and is non refundable. Casual bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

Contact details for all booking attendees are required at the time of requesting a booking. This is a Victorian Government requirement and is non-negotiable in case contact tracing is required.

The personal information collected from you is required for managing your booking requests at Sportlink. The information may also be used to inform you of changes and promote programs, venues and services. The intended recipients of the information are authorised Council officers. Council may disclose the information to law enforcement agencies, courts and other organisations authorised to collect it. If you do not provide this information then your booking request cannot be processed. You may access this information by contacting Sportlink on 9874 7111. You may view Council’s Privacy Policy on our website or obtain a copy from any of the Council offices.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking and is non refundable.
  • Bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
  • Bookings are available a maximum of 7 days in advance.
  • Patrons are responsible for ensuring all members associated with their booking follow Centre conditions of participation and those from DHHS and Victorian Government.
  • Users are not permitted to enter facilities other than what has been booked.
  • Each indoor and outdoor court is permitted to hold up to 20 people per space or zone, subject to the four square metre rule, with up to 10 people per group or activity plus a coach/instructor or the minimum number of support staff reasonably required to run the activity.
  • Maximum 10 people per half court at any one time for those aged over 18 years old.
  • Maximum 6 people per Badminton court at any one time for those aged over 18 years old.
  • For people aged 18 years and under, full-contact training and competition may resume. There are no limits on the number of people per group activity or class if all participants are 18 years old or younger.
  • Organised non-contact competitions are allowed for all age groups if participants can keep 1.5 metres between them and there are no more than 20 participants in the competition.
  • If indoors, no spectators are allowed – just those necessary for the competition or training and to support the participants (e.g. supervising parents).
  • Entry to the facility is permitted a maximum of 5 minutes prior to the booking start time. If patrons arrive earlier they will be asked to wait outside.
  • Patrons are asked to exit the facility promptly at the conclusion through the marked exit doors.
  • Patrons are asked to exit the facility promptly through the marked exit doors once their session has concluded.
  • Bathrooms, change rooms and showers are open. We request patrons use these areas sparingly as space is limited.
  • Maintain physical distancing of 1.5 metres wherever reasonably possible.
  • Equipment is not available for hire (this includes table tennis bats). Patrons must bring in their own equipment or purchase from Reception.
