Request permanent bookings by submitting your details through our online booking request form below. Please note submitting this form does not confirm your booking request.

Permanent Bookings

Sportlink requires up to 14 days to process permanent booking requests before providing confirmation. 

We cannot guarantee the booking application will be processed if it is submitted less than 14 days prior to the booking date.

Cancellation of permanent and room bookings must be received no later than eight days before the booking date. Cancellations with less than eight days' notice will incur the full cost of the booking.

All cancellations must be in writing to sportlink.enquiries@whitehorse.vic.gov.au.

The personal information collected from you is required for managing your booking requests at Sportlink. The information may also be used to inform you of changes and promote programs, venues and services. The intended recipients of the information are authorised Council officers. Council may disclose the information to law enforcement agencies, courts and other organisations authorised to collect it. If you do not provide this information then your booking request cannot be processed. You may access this information by contacting Sportlink on 9874 7111. You may view Council’s Privacy Policy on our website www.whitehorse.vic.gov.au or obtain a copy from any of the Council offices.

  • Pending availability, you will receive a phone call to confirm your booking
  • Payment is due at this time (phone payment) and is non refundable
  • Bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance
  • Bookings are available a maximum of 8 days in advance
  • Patrons are responsible for ensuring all members associated with their booking follow Centre conditions of participation and those from DHHS and Victorian Government.
Conditions of entry:
  • Anyone aged over 18 years must be fully vaccinated (unless a medical exemption applies) 
  • Check-in still required at entry 
  • Mask wearing is encouraged when you cannot socially distance.
