Room Hire

Hire a meeting space at Sportlink and use one of our two multipurpose rooms. 

The Community Room and the Multipurpose Room are ideal for meetings, workshops, seminars or small functions. 

Community Room

A versatile, well-lit, modern and professional space, the Community Room has open views across beautiful parkland. 

The room opens out onto an undercover outdoor space which overlooks the outdoor courts, perfect for morning tea breaks, pre-meeting drinks (non-alcholic), breakout sessions or lunch.

The Community Room is 15m x 8m and can accommodate chairs for up to 50 guests and five trestle tables (available on request). 

Hours of availability: 
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am to 11pm
Saturday and Sunday 8am to 10pm

Amenities: Kitchenette and sink with a boiling hot water tap.

Multipurpose Room

A versatile informal space, the Multipurpose Room has access to a low lying drink station suitable for young children and an enclosed small outdoor area with sandpit.

The Multipurpose Meeting Room is 12m x 8m and can accommodate chairs for up to 20 guests and five trestle tables (available on request).

Sunday 8am to 10pm

Corporate and School Hire

Whether you are a big sporting club, a small business, school or local community group, Sportlink has a variety of activities that can improve overall fitness, increase team bonding or simply have a blast of a time.

Sportlink staff will ensure your event runs seamlessly by setting up your courts and providing all relevant equipment as well as developing your team fixtures and schedules.

Catering

Sportlink Café is an onsite, independently-operated café that provides a range of quality food and beverage options within their flexible catering menu. We can talk through your catering requirements and develop a menu to best suit your event.
